How Tracking Works
Tracker Broadcasts Signal
Your tracker continuously broadcasts a Bluetooth signal every 2-3 seconds. This signal contains an encrypted, rotating identifier.
Nearby Devices Detect
When any device in the network (iPhone, Android, etc.) comes within range, it detects the signal without knowing what it found.
Location Uploaded Anonymously
The detecting device securely uploads the encrypted location to Apple or Google servers. The process is completely anonymous.
You See the Location
Only you (the owner) can decrypt and view the location through the Find My or Google Find Hub app on your phone.
